Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Our services will be refunded in full if you cancel them within 2 days of making the payment.
• We will charge you an amount equal to the number of working hours put into the project if you terminate our services after the initial 5 days. Upon cancellation, the balance will be credited to the account from which payment was made within 45 days.
• Cancelling a service renewal should be done 10 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
• In the event of a cancellation after the billing cycle has begun, an amount equivalent to the working hours put into the project in that month will be billed to the client.
• Our services are still owed to you if you subscribed to them, but didn’t use them.
• A refund will be credited within 45 days of service cancellation to the account used to make the payment.

SEO Refund Policy

Under the following circumstances, Digital Hammerr will not be liable for refunds or guarantees of top search rankings:

If a client engages the services of any other third party SEO company, Digital Hammerr will not be responsible for SEO results.

• A change in the ranking algorithm, policies, or functionality of search engines may affect SEO rankings.
• SEO includes link building, which is based on information you provide. In the event that the URLs provided by you are incorrect, we will not be responsible for any subsequent errors, and there will be no refunds.

• In the event that a client engages with any other third party SEO service, Digital Hammerr is not responsible for the results.
• It is not possible to guarantee an immediate change in a website’s search ranking due to the number of times and ranking it appears on the search list.
• A client or third-party service provider changing the content of the website may adversely affect ranking.

We do not guarantee that our SEO services will rank the client’s website in the top ten search results. We work in your long-term interests and do our finest to produce genuinely profitable results. By simplifying your life and increasing your profitability, we aim to make life easier for you.
